Dear Untamed Traveling employees,
Wow-wow-wow, what a fantastic trip through Chile and Argentina I have made!
Thanks to your efforts, organising, tuning, commitment, feedback etc. my journey went without any problems.

What a luxury - all those transfers to and from hotels, airports and bus stations - no loss of time for me searching and puzzling. All those hotels with rooms with private sanitary facilities, beautifully situated in nature or practically in the middle of the center. Each hotel with a completely different style but everywhere with super hospitable staff - great to be with.
What guidance - my file with vouchers and additional information was in the first hotel in Santiago accompanied by a delicious bottle of wine. The subsequent call from your local partner to check if I had any questions/doubts or anything. The accessibility of them during my trip - also top! The clarity and clarity of the agreements/reservations made - well communicated!
And then the local guides! At every local tour operator there was personal attention, detailed explanations, clear agreements about times and content of booked excursions - always a smile on the face, no question too difficult, explain again? No problem: I have nothing but compliments for that. I myself have worked for 4 years as a tour guide / tour guide, I know the profession and what it requires.
Also thank you for your ticket when you get home - I really appreciate that!
What a content - as I had requested: a combination of 'must sees' and local atmosphere, from organized excursions to self-guided walking tours. Of course I was only there for a few days and that was of course much too short, but to get a good impression and to be able to go deeper than the surface it was good.
So yes - my heartfelt compliments and heartfelt thanks to everyone - here at Untamed Traveling and in South America with all the local tour operators - who helped shape and content this trip for me.
Thanks and warm regards,
Francien Konsten
