Get ready for a unique experience: looking for rhinos on a walking safari. Saruni Rhino is all right! Your days here are all about spotting these special animals. Find out all about the rhino as the expert rangers take you to the 'bush' and tell you about the rhinoceros. The rhinos are constantly monitored by GPS. As soon as a rhino is located nearby, the vehicle is stopped and continues on foot. The tension is to cut as soon as you get closer for the first time...
You will stay in one of the three 'bandas', semi-open stone cottages, suitable for 4-6 people, with fantastic views from your porch over the waterhole, a popular spot for elephants, impalas, hyenas, oryx, Grevy zebras and various birds.
Tips & Tops Saruni Rhino:
- The eleven rhinos have been placed in Sera Community Conservancy from Lewa Conservancy and Nakuru National park. In total, they have a habitat of 54,000 hectares.
