Great Migration in Serengeti

Traveling in Tanzania , the land of natural wonders. Most appealing to the imagination is the annual migration of hundreds of thousands of wildebeest and zebras from the Serengeti to the Masai Mara in Kenya. This natural phenomenon was even declared one of the new wonders of the world by the American news channel ABC. The most famous natural wonder of Tanzania is undoubtedly Mount Kilimanjaro , the highest mountain in Africa and also the world's largest solitary volcano. The sight of the snow-capped peak above the savannah landscape has something unreal. The Ngorongoro Crater offers a fairytale appearance with its lush slopes, lakes and wildlife. All these 'toppers' are located in the north of the country, which therefore attracts more visitors than the south. Those who like peace and quiet can travel to the south of Tanzania. To game reserves like Nyerere - Africa's largest and declared a World Heritage Site - and Ruaha , where southern and eastern Africa meet! For the experienced and well-traveled safari goer, there are still a few game parks in Tanzania that guarantee an ultimate wilderness experience. Katavi NP is one of those national parks, just like Mahale and Gombe . A stay on Zanzibar or on the Swahili coast is the ideal end to a wonderful safari!

OUR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES

Kristien Buyse

Hi Joseph, I will only address you as you have finally drawn up the travel program for us. Landed at Schiphol this morning. Tired but extremely satisfied after these intense two weeks. Completely relaxed mentally. All impressions have yet to be processed, that's how intense we experienced this tour. For my husband and myself it was not our first Africa experience, for Bernard and Patricia it is. All four of us thought it was a fantastic experience. In addition to the mostly positive poi…

Mr. and Mrs. Audenaerd

Dear Ms Erps, We would like to thank you and your team for the wonderful Safari trip through Kenya and Tanzania . It was perfectly arranged by both you and the local agents, very competent, friendly drivers/guides who wanted and could tell a lot. The overnight stays and locations were, in one word, superb. We went for the Big Five and actually got to see and record them. Our expectations have been exceeded and we look back on a wonderful time in Kenya and Tanzania with great pleasure. A journ…

Dear Joyce and colleagues, We returned yesterday from a fantastic trip in Tanzania and a wonderful stay in Zanzibar. What have we enjoyed; flight with KLM perfectly fine, on Tanzania and Zanzibar everything was taken care of down to the last detail. We didn't have to chase anything ourselves. That is a carefree holiday. We had a very nice and pleasant driver, but if I heard around me, that was fine with everyone. And what a beautiful country Tanzania is. Eight days of safari in four different …

Dear Mrs. Van Hoof, dear Angelia, We have been back in the Netherlands for over a week now.  Our holiday in Tanzania and Zanzibar went well; everything was very well organized for which we thank you very much. Both the ascent of Uhuru Peak (very tough but still achieved all four), the safari and the days on Zanzibar were fantastic. We can look back on this for years to come. Very important to us was the gluten free diet. Here is perfectly taken into account by the cook during the ascen…

Good afternoon Joseph, Our Tanzania trip was amazing. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail and arranged to the minute. Our compliments! We had a very good guide who showed us and experienced more than we thought possible. We even saw the BIG FIVE, rarely happens in one trip! The man was correct, modest, a nature person, had very good ears and eyes and taught us a lot about wildlife, but also about the Massai and the rest of the population. At our request, we visited the Massai,…

Joseph and colleagues, The trip was in one word really fantastic. Everything was perfect down to the last detail (up to and including your ticket when we got home). Still a difference with the classic travel agencies we are used to dealing with. I suspect that you very rarely hear anything negative. The organization on site was perfect. The first thing we saw when we entered the airport was a man with a card with our name on it, a relief. He helped us fill out the visa papers. Transport to our…

Dear Trees, We've been back for 1.5 weeks, but still really enjoying a fantastic trip! What have we enjoyed. And with this email I also want to thank you and your team for the good organisation, the right advice and the beautiful combination of Kilimanjaro, the safari and Zanzibar. Everything went according to agreement (and the situation with the jeeps was also solved fantastically quickly). We had a very good experience with the safaris, two friendly and knowledgeable guides (Hassan and Amon…

Dear Joseph, Our trip to Uganda and Tanzania has come to an end and we have an incredible memory of it, "Memoirs for a Lifetime".. . Thank you for your efforts and perfect organisation. Your personal input and knowledge was a serious added value. You are a very professional organization. Also thank you for your intervention regarding the chimp trekking. This one is highly recommended, one of our highlights. The various accommodations and their location were also great. Thanks again to your en…

Back from a truly amazing trip through Tanzania, beyond all expectations! All four of us loved every minute of it. Definitely a memory for a lifetime! Many thanks for the great organisation; everything was just right and went smoothly. Our driver/guide was very nice and pleasant and we missed him after the first 12 days of safari. The safari and the lodges/tented camps were all equally beautiful and charming. Especially the people were so nice! Food, beds, showers, it was all excellent. The el…

Jos and Yvonne Wilmot

Thank you very much for everything you have arranged for us. We had a great holiday. All domestic flights were well organized as well as the lodges and the way in which we were met and brought to the various airports. The parks are all completely different, and the lodges or how the lodges are run is also completely different. Each has its own charm, as far as we're concerned. The bottle of Prosecco you arranged for us in Katavi was a great success. With great pleasure we drank it together w…

Jo Vossen and Ineke van der Kaay

We were pleasantly surprised to find a "Welcome home" card on our return from Tanzania. We are extremely satisfied with the trip you have put together. The lodges were very good and the meals put together with great care and taste. What we all saw was overwhelming. We were accompanied throughout the day by a very nice and very knowledgeable guide (also our driver). So nothing to complain about! Two small points: once we were allowed to put together our lunch ourselves and the other times it was…

Family Swart

The experiences from the arrival in Savuti to the return flight to the Netherlands are indescribable. But I'm going to try anyway... After a fascinating flight over the bush where we saw huge families of elephants, buffalo and hippos, we arrived at Savuti Camp. As soon as we wanted to walk to our cabin, we were warmly welcomed by a large elephant with flapping ears and raised trunk. The next day, on the way to the toilet room, a whole family of elephants was grazing right by the gangplanks. Lat…
