It is home to no less than 47 large glaciers and some 200 smaller ones.<\/p>\n<p>The most famous is the <strong>Perito Moreno glacier,<\/strong>the fastest moving glacier in the world. <strong>El Calafate <\/strong>is the starting point for a visit to the Perito Moreno. A special experience is taking a boat trip along the wall to see the icebergs breaking off from it.
