Paradisiacal private island
Azura Quilalea is located on the paradisiacal private island of Quilálea which is surrounded by the most beautiful turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean that you can imagine. This coral island is the place to forget the world around you and dream away amid an oasis of beauty and luxury.
The resort consists of 9 villas, all with sea views and built with only local materials. The windows have no glass but are equipped with shutters, for even more 'island feel'. In the decoration of the villas, the owners managed to apply designer chic very pure and tasteful. All nine villas feature air conditioning, fans, minibar, daybeds on the covered outdoor terrace, a sun terrace with sun loungers and luxurious bathrooms. Four of the villas are located on the side where the sun comes up and are just a few steps away from the white beach. From the other four, you can watch the sun set from your own private deck with outdoor shower. Finally, the cliff-top villa has its own plunge pool and a separate seating and dining area. Via your own staircase you descend to the ocean for a cooling dive...
Diving and/or snorkeling
Besides relaxing, quilálea is also plenty to do. It is one of the few places where you can dive and snorkel from the beach. At the PADI centre you can take diving and snorkeling lessons and get your PADI. Or take a leisurely morning walk around the island. Within an hour you will be back and your breakfast will be ready for you, served by your private butler.
