"The rainy season was definitely not a nuisance"

The rainy season was definitely no trouble

Peru tour

Mrs. Hancke and her friend visited her daughter in Peru. The three of them then traveled to Lima, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Cuzco.

Best,

Here's our feedback about our trip to Peru.

We had a truly wonderful trip. We were impressed with the quality of the hotels, the guidance of the local agent, the guides and the program. The rainy season was definitely not a nuisance. We were lucky that it didn't rain much at times when we visited the most important things, and of course it gave the advantage of being quite calm everywhere. The expected overcrowded sites did not materialize…

We only had our reservations about the hotel in Cuzco (Manco Capac). The hotel is actually not ideal for the colder rainy season. It was downright cold, in the central room they tried to warm it up with a fireplace that spread a lot of smoke, we found a few large spiders in the rooms, the breakfast was quite basic and the service was not friendly, and the rooms are very small. I can imagine the hotel has a certain charm when the weather is better, and you can use the terraces, but this wasn't the case this time.

We then consulted with the local agent and we spent the last 2 nights at the Marriot. They arranged that our luggage was transferred, and that we could spend the last 2 nights in the luxury we had experienced in the previous hotels for a fair additional cost. So perfectly arranged…

So 5 stars in all areas – we will definitely recommend your organization…

Best regards,

Greetings Hancke
