Lodge with real wilderness experience
Koro Island Camp has a special location, on a small private island in the Limpopo River in the Kwa Tuli Private Game Reserve. The exclusive, very remote camp is only accessible via a suspension bridge. The central living area - an intimate thatched lounge with dining room - is specially designed to socialize, dine, read or just laze around. On the river it has an open fire pit, the 'boma' where you can enjoy breakfast, high tea and dinners under the stars.
There are four Jackalberry and Nyala trees overshadowed guest tents with vintage interiors and historical details. Raised terraces give spectacular views over the river; you can see the wildlife and abundant bird life completely immersed in nature.
