Because of its isolated location, far from supermarkets, the restaurant offers a fixed daily menu. This could be a local specialty, or an international meal. Everything is prepared with fresh, local ingredients, and usually that includes fish or seafood. Of course, special dietary requirements are taken into account upon request.
