The Islands of Siankaba Luxury Lodge is located on two private islands in the middle of the mighty Zambezi River, between the seventh wonder of the world - the Victoria Falls - and the world famous Chobe National Park. The two islands are connected by walkways.
Seven riverside chalets, one of which is made of canvas and teak, are a long way from each other, all with a private deck with fantastic views of the river. Rooms are spacious and luxurious and have ceiling fans and a mini bar. The romantic en-suite bathrooms feature a large bath and a separate shower. The comfortable beds with down duvets and pillows are positioned so that you wake up in the morning overlooking the rising sun above the Zambezi.
Chef Gerard Siboli has been associated with the lodge since it opened in 2002. The herbs and vegetables he uses in his dishes come mainly from a local community garden initiated by the lodge. Its ever-changing special menus will not leave your taste buds untouched.
