Tiger Trails Jungle Lodge is located in the Chichghat Valley in the protected - and not yet discovered by tourism -Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve,in the Tadoba hills of Maharashtra. The rugged landscape of India's oldest national park consists of cliffs, caves, marshes, ancient lakes and boulder-strewn streambeds and is dominated by teak forest and bamboo. You enter the habitat of the tiger, lip bear, leopard, honey badger and gaur.

  • No adjacent lodges or highways. The area is untouched by tourism
  • The lodge is surrounded on three sides by the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve forest and adjacent to the Khutwanda gate,an exclusive gateway to Tadoba
  • Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve is open all year round and Tiger Trails is also open. So also in the rainy season, an extremely active time for flora and fauna
  • Most tiger sightings in the state of Maharashtra were here; in April and May 2014, tiger trails guests spotted at least 21 tigers during six safaris!
