In the sprawling countryside in the northwestern corner of Australia 's Northern Territory , where the Bullo and Victoria rivers meet, is a working cattle station that welcomes you with legendary outback hospitality. In addition to work at the cattle station, you will fill your days exploring beautiful landscapes, swimming and fishing in Barramundi. Tips & Tops Bullo River Station:
- Small-scale with only twelve rooms decorated with earthy colors and natural materials
- Located on 500,000 hectares of private property
- Help herd the cattle, feed the calves or go crocodile spotting by the river before it's time for a refreshing dip in the pool
- A short but memorable helicopter flight is included
- Close cooperation with the Australian Wildlife Conservancy, rainwater is reused and organic products are grown on site in, among other things, the vegetable garden or purchased locally
- Once a week there are barbecues with the team, starring the freshest beef from the farm, barramundi fresh from the river and an abundance of local produce
