Expedition ship Magellan Discoverer, is an innovative and environmentally friendly expedition ship built specifically for the shipping company's Antarctic expedition cruises Antarctica 21. Although similar in elegance and style to its sister ship Magellan Explorer, the Magellan Discoverer sails its own course with notable improvements. The ship, built to the latest Polar Code specifications has a capacity for 76 to 96 guests and features a glass-enclosed observation lounge and presentation room with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, a spacious and stylish dining room, a well-stocked bar, a library, a meeting room, a gym, a sauna , and a medical clinic. The forward-facing observation deck leads to the bow of the ship, which is accessible to guests to provide close proximity to marine animals. Cabin Types
The boutique ship offers five accommodation categories. All cabins have a private balcony and a king-size bed that converts to two twin beds. Each cabin has a closet, individually controlled heating, a sitting area and a private bathroom with shower.
