Untamed Travelling has earned Travelife Partner certification. Travelife Partner is the first level of certification within the international Travelife sustainability program for tour operators and travel agencies. This certification confirms our commitment to making our business operations more sustainable through a structured sustainability management system and the implementation of recognized sustainability practices.
The Travelife Partner certification is awarded following an independent assessment based on the Travelife Partner criteria. During this assessment, our sustainability policy, our objectives, our management system, the implementation of sustainability practices, and the supporting documentation are evaluated against 60 mandatory sustainability criteria. To maintain this certification, our company undergoes a new independent assessment every two years to verify that we continue to meet the Travelife Partner criteria.
Travelife Partner also serves as the foundation for advancing to the next level of certification: Travelife Certified. This certification is awarded following a comprehensive independent on-site audit based on the Travelife Certified criteria. This standard includes more than 200 mandatory sustainability criteria and verifies the implementation of sustainability management and sustainability practices throughout the entire organization.
