Okavango ranger course tent camp
Kwapa Camp is magically located in a private concession in the Okavango Delta. This temporary camp is only set up for the Okavango ranger training that is given here. As a result, there is minimal impact on nature. You will not encounter any other tourist here except your fellow students and therefore have this piece of African Bush for you alone. Nearby are several islands where you can explore during the practice activities of the ranger course.
Under a beautiful Mopane tree is the eatery, which is used to teach during the day. The tents you sleep in have an ensuite bush shower and bush toilet. The housekeeping team makes sure you don't miss anything, there is a laundry service and the cook prepares simple but delectable meals on the campfire for you The camp is not fenced so that the animals can roam freely here. Fall asleep with the roar of a lion in the distance and realize that you are not dreaming, but REALLY are in the African wilderness of Botswana. Where the world can't find you...
