Resort focused on floor
Ancient Indian wisdom is alive and well in Shreyas Yoga Retreat. An ideal place to pause during your trip. Take a step back. Or follow a spiritual path to inner peace and well-being. With yoga as the main part of the daily program, Shreyas offers its guests the opportunity to catch their breath in a quiet environment. In addition to private yoga sessions (Hatha and Ashtanga), Shreyas also includes multi-day retreats, including a quiet retreat or an Ayurveda retreat.Where other stays focus on all the beauty in the area, Shreyas lets her guests look inside. Reflection and introspection are central during the retreats.
Shreyas is one of the few that combines the Ashram, a retreat with daily yoga and meditation sessions, with a luxurious stay. Where most Ashrams aspire to a spartan lifestyle, stay here in comfortable lodges scattered throughout the garden so privacy is guaranteed. In this way you can actually rest, reflect and continue your road full of energy afterwards.
