Barichara is one of Colombia's biggest tourist attractions. The colonial town was declared a cultural heritage in 1978. Near Barcihara, remnants of habitation have been found by the guanes. The colonial Barichara is the most beautiful village in Colombia. You have the idea of going back in time centuries. A walk along a cañon takes you to the village of Guane on the Camino Real (old Indian path). Upon entering it stands "village without time" and you will understand why when you are there.
