Good Day,

We have been back for two weeks now and are still enjoying our trip to Zambia every day. The trip was amazing. We saw beautiful things, animals and people and were able to take very nice pictures and videos. The accommodations were truly sublime. We also wanted comfort and we had that. .
The first day in Zambia at hotel Latitude 15 was necessary for the transfer to South Luangwa but was also really a stopover. Once in South Luangwa our journey really began.
How beautiful this area is and how much wildlife we saw. WONDERFUL!!!

The highlight, though, was our stay at Kaingo Camp. Not only a very beautiful camp but the game literally walked between the houses. Lower Zambezi (Zambezi Grande) initially disappointed us a bit but that was actually because the difference with Kaingo was so big. The accommodation is very nice but to see the wildlife you had to travel quite far (1 to 1.5 hours). By boat we could get to the NP faster (45 min) but we only learned that later. In hindsight we really did see a lot of wildlife, but should we ever go back it would be at a different time of the year (the guide said there are more animals to see then because they migrate to the water) and in an accommodation closer to the National Park.
Toka Leya we knew, which we loved back in 2013 and still do now.

In short, we enjoyed this special trip.
