Metropolis with historical center
This metropolis lies between dramatic, snow-capped peaks of the Popcatepetl,among others. With more than 22 million inhabitants, Mexico is an intriguing melting pot of history and culture. The city is built on the Aztec capital Tenochtitlan and is now one of the most modern cities in the world. The city with its Zocalo,interesting museums and many parks and lakes is well worth a visit. The ancient Aztec pyramids of Teotihuacan with the Sun and Moon Temple are just outside the city.
